What we offer

Pregnancy Testing

We know the news of an unplanned pregnancy can seem like a lot. But before you make plans for what’s next, pregnancy testing is essential. Pregnancy tests are your first step to pregnancy confirmation when it comes to an unplanned pregnancy. Find the peace of mind you’re needing with our free, lab-quality pregnancy testing today at our center.

Ultrasounds

While you may be tempted to skip this step, know that an ultrasound is an important and necessary step to the pregnancy confirmation process. While a pregnancy test is essential, it does not tell you all you need to know about your pregnancy. Get a free and confidential ultrasound at our center today to get the information you need to make an informed decision.

STI Testing & Treatment

Wondering if you should get tested for STIs? Be sure today with free STI testing and treatment available at our center. Nothing is embarrassing about getting tested for an STI-  it’s the wise thing to do. Getting STI testing and treatment is safe, affordable, and essential for your long-term health. Contact us today to get tested and receive treatment if needed. We are here for you!

Are Your Services Free?

Yes, all of our services at Choice Clinic are free and confidential! We know how overwhelming this time can be and how finances can play a big part in that. We are here to take off some of that weight.

When Should I Take A Pregnancy Test?

We know it’s tempting to rush into taking a pregnancy test when uncertain about a pregnancy! Waiting at least one week after your missed period is best for the most accurate results. It gives your body time to produce a detectable amount of HCG – the pregnancy hormone. This way, you can avoid a rollercoaster of emotions even before confirming you’re actually pregnant.

Do I Need An Ultrasound?

Yes, yes, and yes! While a pregnancy test is important, it does not reveal essential details of your pregnancy that an ultrasound will.

An ultrasound reveals three vital details of your pregnancy that determine what choices you have next. Ultrasounds determine…

  1. If you have a viable pregnancy (healthy and growing pregnancy)
  2. The location of your pregnancy (whether it’s growing within your uterus or not)
  3. How far along you are (the gestational age)

Get a free and confidential ultrasound at our center today after receiving positive pregnancy test results with us.

What Are the Risks of Abortion?

With abortion comes serious health risks. You deserve to learn about them before making up your mind about your pregnancy.

Potential common medical abortion risks include incomplete abortion, heavy and prolonged bleeding, infection, fever, and digestive system discomfort.

Potential surgical abortion risks include damage to the womb or cervix, uterine perforation (accidentally putting a hole in the uterus with one of the instruments used), excessive bleeding, infection of the uterus or fallopian tubes, scarring of the inside of the uterus, reaction to the medicines or anesthesia (such as problems breathing), and incomplete abortion.
